Mindfull Aus
MindfullAus is extremely proud of the incredibly inspiring and compassionate people who have come together to spread the most important message, that of Acceptance & Hope.

Mindfull Aus understands the task at hand in reducing beautiful lives lost to Suicide & the stigma associated with Mind and Behavioural Health is far greater than just one individual or group of people, as we seek out opportunities to work with collectively as many people as we can to inflict a much bigger more powerful and beneficial social change and voice.
Services
Our purpose at Mindfull Aus is to encourage those in high risk areas of Australia to put wellness back into their own hands. Our success derives from equipping those individuals with skills, strategies and techniques to ensure that they not only get-by and cope, but learn to live and lead healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
Our speakers are trained lived experience & qualified professional speakers that are recognised on an international scale, having spent time delivering workshops and speaking engagements across Australia, America & Canada. Our Keynote Speaking Engagements can be altered to suit your requirements and needs.
When Matt Runnalls first started out advocating for Mental Health & Suicide the first bit of advice he received was "Never get on a personal level with people that come to you, because you'll end up with collateral". Matt described this as a grit the teeth moment and was determined to do the exact opposite.
Learning how to nurture your body and mind in a natural way so that we can compliment professional services therapy and medication on our quest to find our self worth, value, true belonging and purpose. Our blueprint to Wellness is designed for those who want to become the best versions of themselves.
Healthier Hearts & Lighter Minds - a proactive approach to learning about the beauty of our minds and the understanding of the strength we are to ourselves when we tap into what exists within. Working with children as young as 4 upwards in Kindergartens, Primary Schools and School holiday programs to facilitate fun, energetic and relatable content in ways that can help shift the narrative about talking about emotions and feelings.
