When your body feels good, you feel good. And when you feel good, you ride at your best. At The Cycling Fix we want you to achieve optimal body movement to ensure your riding is the best it can be. If your body and bike are not in alignment with each other, your body will be put under stress to try to maintain unnatural angles and positions when riding.
During your rider assessment, five major body/bike touch points are taken to assess your current riding position. These include saddle height, fore and aft position, handlebar position, foot structure and leg extension. Following these measurements, adjustments and recommendations are made regarding the set up of your bike.

I have been in email communication with Earl from BIKEBERRY and he has helped me above and beyond service standards. I would receive a response to my needs and wants in a timely manner. I would recommend Earl for the answers you need. My 10 spoke mag wheel set is on it's way too me and I purchased 2 pedal chain 22 tooth freewheel sprocket's which will work great with my Black Mag's. I placed an order on 28 Dec 21 and the next day asked if I should update my shipping address to another home that I was returning to in a week and a half. Customer service said they would update. Was told on 2 Jan 22 they couldn’t change the address because UPS already was in transit to pick up the item. UPS said since they didn’t have possession on the bike the shipper could change the address. The shipper said a label was created on 31 Dec 21 and therefore UPS had to change it. Store said it was my fault because I didn’t contact them within 24 hours of placing the order. I did. I have the

Freddie really help me out. I ordered some mag wheels and it took more time then I anticipated so I wound up finding out that mag wheels aren't the best option for my motorized bike around the going with a different option. So all in all Freddie helped me get my refund without any trouble and was extremely helpful. Thanks again

Customer service rep Earl was very responsive in handling some minor issues with my order. I am satisfied with the outcome. My suggestion though is that the company continually update the photos and description of their products to match what they deliver to the customer. They seem to change product details that do effect the value or usability to the customer without updating that information on their products pages.

It seems I have an out of the ordinary bicycle and the disc brakes on it prohibited a “normal” install of the engine I purchased from bikeberry. Even though it had its special problems and I had a few problems with the motor and drive train, you were right there with me. I understand that sometimes even new products have problems too. The problems were solved with your efficient help. It has been the most pleasant experience dealing with a company who cares about their customers who have these “special” problems. I bought a GigaByke 500 Swift from BerryBike last week. I really like it but I only have 35 miles so far. If you have some regular bike mechanical experience then the assembly should not be too difficult. The assembly instructions were little sparse on some details but YouTube has lots of relevant videos. Via email, Freddie at BikeBerry customer service was very quick to help me put the display into setup mode and change the expected voltage from default 48V to 36V so that battery level would display correctly.
