We understand the importance of a child's early years and aim to develop confidence, self-esteem and emotional resilience in all children. We strive to create environments that inspire children to be active participants in their learning. At Skippy's we endeavour to work in partnership with our families to guide our planning for children's learning.
We understand that you know your child better than anyone and with this in mind we acknowledge that there would be no one better to support us with this information than you, our children's' families. We use this information to educate children by further extending upon your home environment and your child's likes and dislikes.

Services
Skippy's Early Learning Centres have been providing the children of Central Queensland with care and learning opportunities since 2007. At Skippy's we have been laying the foundation for better lives through great early learning experiences from day one and we continue to provide these opportunities for today's children.
As part of our care and education program, we develop Creative Memory Journals to document each child's learning and development journey. Creative Memory Journals (CMJ) are a collection of observations, samples of your child's work/achievements and anecdotes of your child's experiences and learning at Skippy's.

Skippy's Early Learning Centre aims to provide a quality education and care program for children that is affordable for families. You can now pay for your child's care on a sessional rate depending on the hours you require them to be in care. This new subsidy will hopefully allow more families to access child care that is suitable for their needs.

Skippys have been wonderful with all 3 of my boys! They all had trouble settling and the teachers always went out of their way to comfort them and settle them for the rest of the day. They always had so much fun always new experiences and things to do each week. Would definitely recommend Skippys to anyone!!
