Sent an email in regards about a broken milk nozzle on our Jura S8 at 11am on Monday. The machine is still under warranty. Mark responded by 12pm on the same day that a new nozzle was on its way. The milk nozzle arrived on our doorstep at 12pm the next day in South Australia ....outstanding service. Thank you 👌👏

Purchased items twice now and both times they have been easy to deal with and perhaps the fastest delivery I’ve experienced for online goods.
Coffee was freshly roasted and use by date on other products were far enough out to not deter me from purchasing again.
Keep up the great service and thanks for making my coffee taste so great.
