Services
Our guests enjoy relaxing in our licenced restaurant, The Angel's Inn. The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday nights from 6 - 8pm or by appointment on Friday and Saturday for Coaches and Group Bookings of more than 15 guests. With a seasonal menu, daily blackboard specials and a selection of sweets made in our very own kitchen, we know that you'll be back.

Unfortunate bad experience, the managers are rude and unprofessional no customer service at all i felt like i had just walked in on them arguing with each other. while unpacking my car i over herd the bloke from management was abusing another customer i felt so bad for her as she was alone with two children. beds were hard as a rock and couldn't sleep due to water pipes being used during the night, out dated rooms. defiantly not staying here again.

Rude Managers. They were advised we were travelling with an assistance dog, yet we were not allowed in the pool area as it was "a restricted area"; or "the dog might frighten the other children". Clear DISCRIMINATION. When questioned, the manager became aggressive and threatened to "drag her out of her room and sort it out". I was travelling as a single female,with 2 children with disabilities and a support dog. Room was dated, stained, dirty.

ATTENTION TO ALL PERSONS OF COLOUR!
DO NOT STAY AT ACCOMMODATION BAD MANAGEMENT. I was staying with my grand kids after an 8hr drive and it all started when I grandson went into the pool to cool down, especially after an 8hr. The HARASSMENT started from there, instructed to leave the pool grounds, constantly harassed by management when my daughter arrived to drop off food. Double Vac passes shown after a verbal altercation to advise of presence on premises, constantly following around throughout my unpacking and harassment. Police was later on called that night around 930pm after putting the kids

If the bloke that answered the phone had of listened he would of heard we are an essential service as listed with services nsw
There was no mention of permits to be sent 2 days before .alls he said was i do not think you are an essential service and we are only letting hospital staff stay there.we do transport of greyhounds and support dogs but we do not have dogs on whilst staying in hotel and have all permits this is why serice nsw has a list to stop discrimination against businesses that are essential .maybe stop trying to be the covid police and concentrate on customer service

We booked here last minute and the booking process was easy and they made room for us place was tidy but just a few bugs in the room but nothing major staff are very happy and welcoming and made us feel right at home. It is close to the stockland so any supplies you can grab. the only thing that I didn't like was our room had a funky smell and it made me feel a little bit sick, but don't let that turn you off it might of just been this one room we will definitely return will just ask for a different room.
