Both times I have been into this store, the service has been most unwelcoming and bordering on rude. I want to support independent businesses and am happy to pay the extra to do so, rather than just go to the big chain optometrists, but places like this make it hard. I will take my custom elsewhere.

On first day of mask wearing went in to buy glasses demisting wipes. They were out of stock but very helpful woman took my glasses and demisted them with one her own wipes. I had never been in there before - great service to a total stranger - I wasn't charged anything. I will be back tomorrow to buy some wipes.
