Services
Our skill-set & passion focuses on finding the story underlying all the movement & pain problems you have. So we will address your symptoms, AND work with a root-cause approach to find the real problem behind-the-scenes. 2. We ask you many questions about your past that most health professionals will never ask.
Treating symptoms is important for relief but uncovering connected areas to your pain is essential so you are not left with frustration & ongoing issues. We have all the techniques to soften, loosen, move and rehabilitate your problem to take the pressure off the painful area.

It's about finding out why your problem area is overloaded, overstretched, compressed, maybe even working too hard, then detailing it in such a way that you finally understand this whole body system, how it resulted in today's symptoms AND what to do to unravel the problematic area.Since our doors opened in 2004, our team has been working with people in our community to get them back to what they love doing.
This pec stretch is a great opener for the chest, assisting with slouched posture and helping you stand up taller! It's a winner for all sports, breast-feeding mothers and computer workers. Give it a go each day for 30 seconds each side. You'll love it. The best stretch for getting into THAT spot in the top of your shoulder blade we all seem to reach over to rub.
Dr. Sutherland, the father of craniosacral osteopathy, is best known for viewing the human body as a sophisticated "machine" believing that dysfunction or impairment in one area was bound to compromise the entire structure. The cranio-sacral flow is experienced throughout the body from the interactions of our skull bones down to the lower spine (sacrum), as well as through our limbs.
A tongue tie or "ankyloglossia" in medical speak is when a piece of tissue under the tongue called the frenulum restricts the movement of the tongue. Everyone has a frenulum that attaches the tongue to the floor of the mouth, the difference with a tongue tie is the frenulum is tightened, short or closer to the tip of the tongue than it should be.
