When we can't treat you in person at the clinic, virtual consultations allow you to have a one-on-one consultation with an osteopath via live video link. Virtual consultations can be just as effective as in-person appointments. We can learn a lot about you and your complaint, as well as provide you the opportunity to ask questions and develop a management plan.
Osteopathy is a hands on approach to healthcare that acknowledges the significant link between the structures of your body & the way it functions. Osteopaths focus on how your skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves and circulation work together to improve your health & well-being.
Osteopaths are unique in that we can help the body to return to optimal mobility and function by addressing the cause of the problem and not just the symptoms you are experiencing.Osteopaths use an array of techniques such as gentle joint mobilisation, massage, resistance stretching and various other techniques to assist patients in achieving normal pain-free movement by correcting underlying dysfunction.

I had sought treatment for ongoing back and neck issues with various practitioners but with little success.
When I had my first session with Ash I felt truly *seen*. She was able to diagnose the root cause of the pain, and linked some other symptoms I hadn’t realised were associated with it. After one treatment the pain was relieved and it stayed that way for months.
On top of her incredible healing powers, she is always a delight to work with. Can’t thank her enough ☺️

I have seen all the Osteos at this clinic in the last few years and they are all wonderful. Ash has been my regular go to girl the past few months and I cannot recommend her more highly. Ash has the ability to approach your treatment from so many angles depending on your unique situation. She knows how to relieve your physical symptoms, but also has this magic nack at tapping into your emotional/mental state and well being. The work she does on my nervous system from a holistic point of view has me leaving not only feeling physically better and revived, but also mentally recharged. She remembers

I can highly recommend Dr Aisling (Ash) Bolton. She is outstanding. Ash has sorted out my injuries in a single visit each time they have occurred. She is a lovely person, highly professional and a pleasure to have an appointment with.
I've been to many Osteopaths over 25 years, as the most effective modality I've found for resolving aches, strains and injuries in the course of life - martial arts, mothering, work, running, swimming, driving,...
Ash is well worth visiting, even as a tune up, isorting out physical imbalances and avoiding chronic issues later on.
