Millions around the world are enjoying our free meditation since it was started by Shri Mataji in 1970. Her meditation promotes mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Follow a guided meditation by Shri Mataji (founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation) to experience inner peace and silence. It takes only a few minutes and really works!

You can sit on a chair or on the floor, with your shoes removed. Collective meditation sessions with clearing, balancing, talks and discussions on a topic of the day. Suitable for complete beginners and regular mediators. Zoom sessions are interactive so you'll be able to chat privately with our presenters if you have any questions.

Place the right hand on the centres as shown and say each affirmation several times silently within yourself. You may preface each affirmation with the word 'Mother' or 'Kundalini', for example "Mother, I am the pure spirit". If thoughts continue, say gently within yourself, "Not this thought" or "I forgive myself, I forgive everyone".

A series of video meditation programs presented by our international Sahaja Yoga meditation practitioners. The programs are recordings of live interactive sessions on Zoom with participants from around the world. There are sessions available for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced meditators. All programs have great meditation instructions with lots of resources to help you.
The Sahaja Yoga Meditation Centre at Gidgegannup is truly a slice of paradise. Located 45 mins north east of Perth and set amidst lush vegetation that overlooks a beautiful lake and backs onto a national park, it is the perfect haven, where you can truly unwind and get in touch with yourself.

The large 3-storeyed hangar, built with railway sleepers and rammed earth, is an amazing rustic building complete with meditation areas, meeting rooms and sleeping quarters.It is the result of a 20 year collective effort, and is home to visitors and guests worldwide.
There are practical sessions, guided meditations, video talks by Shri Mataji (the founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation). And, depending on venue, there may be guest speakers, live music and refreshments to enjoy. It's a very relaxed and easygoing atmosphere. It's meditation based, not 'exercise' yoga on a mat.
