Glick's is an Australian owned family business, renowned for manufacturing quality breads, cakes and fine foods for both the retail and wholesale markets. Glick's was founded in the late 1960s by Mr Mendel Glick OBM in a small retail shop on Kooyong Road Caulfield. In its early days, the shop offered a selection of cakes and biscuits until Mr Glick revived an old European recipe and method for boiled bagels.
Glick's offers the finest kosher catering in Melbourne, with an incredible selection of beautiful platters that can be customised for any size group and for any occasion. This cafe had the best menu I have seen at a cafe in a long time. My wife and I stopped here concluding our trip to Geneva. I ordered the PB & Jelly smoothie and BLT with avocado. My wife ordered a sandwich, as well, and we both loved it. The atmosphere was great, the music selection was hip, and we said we will return the next time we find ourselves in Geneva

I really wanted to like Bagels and Cakes. The ambient was on its way there. I really loved the hanging globes in the hallway by the bathroom. The table also had squishy, comfortable chairs and fun trivia cards. However, the fruit in the fruit cup was not fresh, and our exchange for something fresher was equally as disappointing. Our table was also disgustingly sticky. I ordered the avocado toast, which was OK, but I would not say it was as impressive as my bill. Beware of the Bentleigh shop as it employs two young idiots with no experience and giving you the wrong order to what you asked and when I called to complain it took the boy a while before he realised his lake of knowledge. I don’t leave next door so I could not come back and had to throw in the bin what I was given as it was unbeatable FULL OF… GARLIC could not I’ve it to my visitors. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of service was offered to replace it but for me it’s one hours return trip. BE AWARE OF THAT SHOP AS ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME !! NOT HAPPY

We ordered hot dog rolls, last week and paid. My wife turned up today to pick them up and you didn't have them? You didn't contact us, you didn't compensate us. We were forced to buy a loaf of bread for our family new years barbecue. It's not as if we walked in and asked for something and you didn't have it. You distroyed our… family new years party. I'm so annoyed and discussed with your ability to fill a order and your customer service. You not only didn't call and give us a chance to change our plans to purchase other food, you didn't offer an alternative or a discount
