I would give zero stars but have to give one which is undeserving. I tried to book a service but booking staff are rude and yell at you even when you agree to what they are saying and happy to work with them after saying the same thing several times. Their position seems to be that other people need reminding which is fine but when I politely asked that they stop yelling at me they hung up.

If it was possible to give less than 1 star, I would. You can't even say they have poor service because I haven't received ANY service at all. I contacted JC Pool Services on 2 November to do a Pool Safety Certificate for my house settling on 25 November. I ended up having to send four emails following up (9, 12, 16 & 17 November) and making two phone calls where I was put on hold for 10+ minutes each time and then disconnected. I ended up engaging someone for $75 (compared to JC Pool price of $170) who attended the next day. Use Rapid Pool Inspections instead. Or pretty much use anyone except

Extremely poor and rude services and pricing is not competitive. Would not recommend this company. Just read a few of the bad reviews and I have experienced much the same or can completely understand the reviews. No wonder you see Poolwerx trucks everywhere in Bulimba now and not these guys. 0 stars.

I have been incredibly disappointed with both the service and billing. We had a part on order and JC Pools came out a day or so before the part arrived for a chemical check, then charged us a second call out fee that day or two later to fit the part (second call out fee). When I questioned why these weren’t done together, by phone and email, I got… not response. I kept getting a “pay this invoice”, but to this date haven’t had a response as to why they didn’t hold off the chemical check. All I was after was an explanation.

JC Pools has given us excellent service from the start, approximately 15 years ago. We first called Jamie when we had black spot in our pool. He had our pool spic & span & in excellent running order in no time. My husband and I are very busy people so have a monthly service by JC Pools. When I have had a pool emergency, JC have responded asap & attended to it promptly ! JC Pools is very prompt, polite and trust worthy! Would not hesitate in recommending them at all!
