I only take my bike here now. Yes it's a pain getting all the way out to Penrith for me. But my bike gets the tlc she needs at 7 years and 86k kms. You're never just a number here, nothing is missed (as I've experienced elsewhere, and you're not ripped off - often presented with both OEM and after market options)

What an incredible experience, Scott is the first mechanic I have come across that is so detailed and informative when it comes to Ducati's. As I'm not mechanically adept it is such a relief to meet someone who cares so much about what he does.
After much research about my Monster running lean I was recommended to talk with Scott to see what options I had.
Scott recommended installing the Rapid Bike Evo which is self learning as well - he did say it would improve the bike BUT I wasn't expecting the result we got.
To say I'm blown away not only by Scott and his boys at Duc-Pen but the Rapid Bike

If you own a Ducati of any kind, this is the place to go! Have always had 5 star service from Scott and his colleagues.
Their attention to detail is second to none and they always go above and beyond with everything they do. Now with the new location and size of the workshop I can only imagine that it will get even better! Highly recommended.

This shop is exceptional. They communicate, have passion about their services and the end product cannot be faulted.
I handed them a tired old 97 M900 with numerous problems and received back a few great daily rider that will live on for years to come.
