Daley Nutrition & PT is a community nutrition team set up by husband & wife duo Luke Daley (Registered Nutritionist) & Carly Daley (Certified Personal Trainer & children's entertainer). Based in Patterson Lakes, Melbourne they offer a range of nutrition education programs, dietetic consultations & personal training services for their local community & across Victoria that are fun, engaging & behaviour changing.

Nutrition consultations online & face to face, include a wide variety of needs such as prediabetes, weight loss, sports nutrition, and general nutrition. Nutrition presentations, Cooking Demos & health checks for Melbourne workplaces & communities. Interactive & informative programs.
Services
Daley Nutrition has been running since 2012, initially set up in the UK working with schools, exercise groups and one on one consults. Now 9 years on we run a personal training studio & offer nutrition workshops in Melbourne to more than 7,000 people a year. We have a strong passion for food as medicine and strive to educate the younger generations in particular to look after their health and eat a balanced diet.
Snack Art School Incursion (1 hour): This creative incursion is packed with nutrition visuals and it is taught using fun activities, story-telling, food tasting, senses using and colourful SUPERWOMAN props. The kids have a great time and so do our nutritionists running them! Our 2 Fruit 5 Veg School Incursion (1 hour) reinforces the benefits of eating fruit and veg every day and wellbeing.
Daley Nutrition's interactive and fun children's centre workshops about nutrition and dental hygiene for kinder years and above. At Daley Nutrition we believe that 'health prevention is better than cure'. Worryingly statistics from the Australian Government in 2009 stated that 42% of 5-year-olds have some form of tooth decay, which increased to 62% by the age of 9 years and can cause lifelong dental damage.
Our nutrition school incursions run for 1 hour and are delivered by one of our Registered Nutritionist/Dietitian educators. They include a wide range of activities and educational components that deepen your pupils knowledge about food and nutrition. Absolutely, we cover every age group from kindergarten to secondary school years.
Healthy eating & regular exercise is critically important during adolescent and teenager years. It enables strong bone development, improved brain function and overall improvements in health well being. Daley Nutrition is here to enhance your students knowledge of nutrition with our secondary school incursions, we educate whole year groups on the principles of nutrition & exercise for healthy young bodies.

I started going to see Luke at Daley Nutrition and Personal Training originally due to an extended period (6 moths!) of gout. No medication or home- style cures were working. A complete change of my diet - as designed by Luke - did! Since then, I've become a PT client, and a member of the weekly 'dad's Workout group'. So glad I made that first move...it was a real turning point for me.

We have been attending Daley Nutrition and Personal Training for the last 2 months and can not speak more highly of all the trainers. Luke will touch base with us on how we are progressing which really gives us a feel of support and encourages us to stay motivated. Luke also set us up with an online app work out sessions which have been fantastic as a parent to continue workouts at home while the kids are in bed.

If you want a nutritionist who is not only up with the times but also motivational and caring then I would stop looking anywhere else and 100% go here. I have absolutely no regrets or complaints with going with Daley nutrition!
