Dr Melissa Tan is an excellent GP. She is kind and knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and is extremely thorough with her investigations.
The practice at Stafford Heights Medical is well organised, with online booking available, text confirmations, parking out front and pharmacy onsite. The admin team are friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient of Stafford Heights Medical Practice for over 30 years and I am still very happy with the care I and my family receives. The doctors and the reception staff are wonderful, and today I was able to see Dr Inglis Chern at very short notice despite it being during the Christmas/New Year period.

I have been with Melissa Tan for quite a few years and followed her here to this practice from her old one. The staff here are friendly and helpful and occasionally things run late but usually due to a patient running over time or an emergency. Where would you rather be? In a clinic where you are in and out or in one that cares? It seems unfair that one report from 2 years ago is still up.

Past 2 visits, leave you waiting for 45 mins plus after the appointment time with no mention of running behind schedule. Would have loved to go grab a coffee or something rather than sitting here annoyed. Especially waiting with a 2 year old toddler. No one cares and I’m assuming because this is just normal. Completely understand that things run behind schedule but we all have better things to do. Could definitely be handled better, there’s no service anymore. Rant over

My family and I have been patients of this practice for many years. The care that has been provided to us through those years has been exceptional. The girls on reception are always friendly and willing to accommodate whatever our needs are. Dr Fran and Dr Anne are brilliant doctors and just wonderful people. We are very fortunate to have this team caring for us.
