My computer was very old, ran slowly and was very noisy. Maged fixed it as promptly as the parts arrived and now it runs so smoothly. I had questions regarding email etc which he fixed instantly and he even cleaned my screen and keyboard. Very happy with the service!

I dropped my external hard drive and it wasn’t working. I had quotes of over $1000 for data recovery. Maged was wonderful, communicated information and understanding regarding the sensitivity of product to be recovered. He completed this in a short amount of time and for less than half the cost. I highly recommend Maged.

Originally would have been 5 star. We purchased two services (one for a network adapter problem, and one because the battery would instantly die without the charger).
Both were seemingly fixed when getting the laptop back, however today we found out that the battery was not replaced at all, and it was only the CHARGER that was replaced (45 -> 130w).
The seller scammed us of $100+ ($175 for the service, but the charger only costs $73).
6/10 Would sorta recommend.
