If i could give zero stars to this company i would. Absolutely disgusted. I-tech listed items as in stock, took my money then advised me they didn't have the stock at all. I emailed them numerous times for a refund (they don't list a working phone number) and when they did respond they blamed their supplier for their false listing. They took my money under the pretense of having said items then then were in no rush to reply or give back the money they should never have received. I will never purchase from this company again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone at all. I know of 3 other

I went this shop and requested him to clean my Macbook Pro and clearly mentioned cleaning of keyboard an other things and he has charged $50. I took my mac back and after 2 days I thought to see what he has really did. I am surprised to see when I opened it nothing has really done and still alot of dust sticking towards my hand. When I called him and asked him to see my form of request which I signed before handover my Mac he said I don’t have one. It is a record of any shop and he is saying he doesn’t have it. What a joke.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Doggy services! We brought in our laptop to get the keyboard repair. After days when we went back to pick it up, they not only have wiped all the data and all the memories in the laptop and they have damage the battery, now the laptop wouldn't work without charging it with a cable! And even more ridiculous is they want to charge us $500 to replace the battery that they broke! I would suggest you to avoid them! I have already took this to NSW fair trading for follow up.

Went to another IT Data Recovery place 3/91 George St Parramatta and was quoted $1400 plus gst to recover data off a portable hard drive that the port has broken on!!! You read that correctly... $1,400 plus gst ... 😱

I had a great experience with the main tech man at the store. The store initially looks a little dingy, but they provide a genuine and honest service. I brought my MacBook Air 2013 11 inch in as the battery died on me. there was water damage and rust, and although initially it was just the battery that I thought required changing, the tech thought that the port would also require a change. I also requested a basic cleanup of the computer internally to clean up some rust. I was to come back the next day with the quoted price including cleanup, new port and new battery.
