Yan found the issue with my computer when another repair service could not, and went through the issue with me thoroughly, offering cost-effective fixes. It was a complicated issue but he made sure everything was working well before returning the computer in good time. Definitely recommend his services.

My experience with this shop was terrible.
My HP all-in-one computer was unable to boot up and was sent to ASB Computer Services for repairs. After a brief check, the shop owner took the job. He thought the hard drive could cause the problem and suggested to replace with a new one. After about one week, however, I was told through phone calls that the hard drive was okay but something else was the reason and he need open the computer to confirm. I was told, nevertheless, the screen could be broken because of a scratch on it. He blamed me for this dematage but was unable to explain why he couldn

My computer tech moved away so it was necessary for me to find a new one. I was recommended ASB Computers by my old tech's parts supplier. I'm so happy that I found ASB. This is an excellent company to deal with. Yan was so helpful and explained everything to me clearly. It is obvious he is well versed in computer technology. Yan is absolutely brilliant. He is friendly, intelligent and extremely proficient at computer analysis and repair. Twice he has resurrected two of my computers. He always explains the problem and how he performed his repairs. His knowledge helps you understand the issues causing difficulty. Great person! Great technician!

Very good service, and the person who served me took me through all the possible avenues with fixing my computer. They were even able to alert me of some poor workmanship of previous computer companies that I have been to (I'm being ripped off). The wide range of available services made it easier for me to have all that I wanted done to my computer finished in-store over a couple of days. They are very responsive to messages, and are highly organised.

I was first introduced to ASB Computer Services by a friend, after I couldn't find someone to fix my computer over the holidays. Now Yan from ASB has been helping me fix and purchase computers for almost 2 years. Yan offers great, efficient and most importantly friendly service.
