As part of our service to you, any rings and jewellery you purchase from us, we will clean, polish and rhodium plate free of charge. Bring it in before the big day or before a party so you can show off your piece at its best. If you can't personally bring the ring to us and you would like it cleaned, you can simply soak it in some warm soapy water for 5 minutes and give it a little scrub with a tooth brush.

Nir made us a bespoke engagement ring and wedding band within budget that we are so proud of and people often ask us where we got it. Through the design process, especially choosing our diamond, we were never pushed to increase our budget. Nir was so personable, and we enjoyed our experience. Also reworked my vintage wedding band.

My partner bought my beautiful engagement ring from here! I’ve had to go back in a couple of times for resizing and cleans and the experience is always enjoyable! The owners and staff have old fashioned customer service and open doors for me with a pram and grab me a glass of water. Nothing is ever too much hassle for them and I feel very welcomed every time. They have even taken the time with me to teach me about my beautiful diamond. I really enjoy going in to see them as I feel it is a unique experience compared to other places you can buy a ring from. Not to mention the ring is beautiful

I was sitting in one of the bubble tea below and the staff or manager of this diamond store came out and started yelling at the bubble tea staff and say the music was too loud. I was sitting all alone there and I couldn’t stand this happening to a girl. The man (diamond staff) was having a very bad attitude and the music wasn’t even loud. Don’t put bad mood on a girl. I left the bubble tea store and come back for asking if she is okay, this kind of emotion and behavior should not be happening from a staff or even manager from a “store that is selling diamond”.
