It might be said that Xennox Diamond Story began in 1976 when Wolfgang opened the doors to one of Brisbane's first jewellery stores that specialized in hand crafting beautifully designed engagement rings. However, the truth is the story began in 1960, as this was when Wolfgang first fell in love with beautiful jewellery.
Just picked up my custom Xennox diamond engagement ring and I'm absolutely in love! Thank you so much to Jane, Karl and the rest of the team for helping create my dream ring! Jane was so helpful in answering all of my questions along the way and putting my mind at ease that the ring would be perfect and she was right, it is perfect!
Life it seems is not without a funny sense of irony. It seems at the time of our life when we have the biggest expenses we have the least income. In a perfect world we would live our life in reverse, starting our life having all the funds to do everything that we wanted.

We’ve had the best experience with the team at Xennox. Want to say a massive thank you to Scott who took us through the options and helped pick out the perfect wedding band. Also want to say a thank you to Lauren who assisted with finalising the deal after a miscommunication with former employees.

Once again, we have had the most amazing experience at Xennox. We have had my wife’s wedding band and now eternity ring made perfectly to fit her engagement ring. The service is incredible and the eternity ring is amazing. Scott provided great advice on how to customise the ring; it is exactly what my wife wanted. I couldn't recommend Karl & the team at Xennox Diamond's enough! They were very helpful & thoughtful throughout the whole design process and happy to work with images/ideas which we had compiled to design & create the perfect rings.
Their after service is great too, always happy to check and ensure your rings are in a good condition & will give them a clean.
Highly recommend, if you're looking for a spectacular jeweler in Brisbane, don't go past this team!

We’ve had the best experience with the team at Xennox. It’s such a welcoming and friendly environment, they’re incredibly helpful, and have a great selection of rings. We’ve got both an engagement ring and two wedding bands from them and any time we’ve gone back, they’ve cleaned and shined my engagement ring. They also have a great selection of whiskey! Would highly recommend!

Once again Karl and the team have gone above and beyond. This one of a kind ring for my husband on our 12 year wedding anniversery is more than we could have ever imagined. My husband has wanted a Freemason Ring for many years and not only did Karl help me get him to secretly design his own ring, getting it was also a surprise. We pulled off the impossible and he loves it. Would not recommend anyone else!

From the first time we went to Xennox having a look at engagement rings, Karl made us feel very welcome. We were able to take the time to try on multiple different styles and Karl was very knowledgeable and even gave us a book on finding the perfect ring. My now fiance surprised me with the ring a few days ago and it is absolutely perfect. We will be back to pick our wedding bands 😊

What an awesome experience having a ring designed just for you 💍 Staff are extremely professional and helpful offering 3 very different designs to choose from, including the height of the setting. Love their in-house chandelier which was designedby and made by their jewllers, worth making an appointment just to see it! Totally recommend Xennox Diamonds if you are looking for something exquisite for someone special in your life.

We entered into a competition and won a $500 voucher to spend at Xennox Diamonds. Right from the get go our experience wasn’t good. The text message system is very messy! I’d asked the lady to email me multiple times so I could send some ideas of what we’d like, but she never did. I finally managed to book an appointment with them.

Karl is Fantastic and great to talk to helped me straight away did a quote and got it fitted, measured and links were taken out 5 to be exact and… excellent. I literally went to 12 different jewlery shops to no avail as I needed links taken out of my bracelet and came across Xennox Diamonds great price!
