So disappointing. Just moved here from Canberra and looking for a good jeweller. I love jewellery. Have many custom pieces. I went in with one of my favourites to have it resized. I was in there for 2 seconds asked if he could resize and he rudely dismissed me by saying he will only resize if it’s his jewellery. Very disappointed and he just lost a potentially very good customer. Won’t ever walk in there again that’s for sure
