Ring resizing and all our other ring care services are carried out in our Brisbane studio located in Queen Street Mall. Resizing a ring takes less than a week, and we offer a same day service in some cases.
So many guys surprise their partner with a proposal yet how can you surprise her with the correct ring size? It would be a tad awkward if you were to get down on one knee only to realise that the ring doesn't fit past her first knuckle. Engagement ring sizes don't need to be a guessing game. My fiancé worked with Ashley and the team at Diamondport to design my dream engagement ring, I was blown away by the elegant pear cut and the custom basket design. Beau proposed about a month ago and every day since I catch myself staring at it with awe and pinching myself that this ring is mine forever. A little background, myself and my wife Tara have been married for 20 years and I wanted to mark the occasion with an eternity ring. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted and with the excellent advice and assistance from Ash and Jason they nailed it. Custom made and ready for collection within 4 weeks (just before Christmas). Top job guys, Tara loves your work and is regularly caught extending her hand and examining the ring when she thinks no one is looking. Could not ask for better service or workmanship. Jason and Ashley at Diamondport were so lovely to work with when buying my engagement ring. My fiancé and I were very comfortable in our consultation and follow up appointments. My partner proposed to me recently with a custom made ring from Diamondport. After questioning him about the who what where of this stunning ring he told me about the whole process he went through to make the absolute most perfect ring I could imagine. I never knew what ring I would want one day, all I knew was white gold and simple. Turns out my partner knows me better than I know myself. Incredible experience with Diamondport, in all my dealings with Diamondport, my expectations have been exceeded. Ashley is incredibly passionate about what he does, and takes care of you, irregardless of whether you end up being a customer or not (due to unforseen circumstances, I was unable to go through with my purchase initially). But I know EXACTLY where I will be going when I need to make my engagement ring decision!
