Ergo is a modern, indoor, cycle-specific training centre. Whether you're a seasoned pro or you're new to cycling, we guarantee you a fun, effective workout. Ergo is unique in the Adelaide indoor cycle-training market. In our studio, unlike traditional spin bikes, each bike is linked to state-of-the-art computerised resistance units able to tailor workout intensity to match your personal fitness level.

This environment results in highly effective, targeted training which is conveniently delivered in short timeframe. All you need to do is pedal and we'll take care of the rest. Cyclists and Triathletes, from beginners to the elite, train with power meters (small units that are available integrated into pedals, cranks, or hubs which measure a cyclist's power output) to unlock their full potential.

This is huge! Ergo is excited to work with this dynamic duo and provide you with workouts and day-to-day programs suited to your goals and needs. Annette 'Nettie' Edmondson is 2x World Champion on the track, 2x Olympian, and 2x Gold Medalist at the Commonwealth Games, her most recent being a gold medal in the team pursuit at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, and these accomplishments just name a few!
Come once, twice, or twenty times a week for unlimited fun (and maybe just a little bit of suffering). Our sessions are designed by some of the world's leading coaches and are optimised for maximum performance - made even better when you're able to analyse and track all your workouts with our state-of-the-art software and facilities.
We fully encourage and participate in outdoor training and racing. However, the road is rarely without obstacles: weather and light conditions, traffic lights and other uncontrollable factors can make specific training out on the road difficult. The majority of professional cyclists and triathletes will utilise stationary indoor training as an important part of their training regime.

Jason has been an amazing personal trainer, he is incredibly helpful and great at explaining exercises and diet. I’ve seen great progress in my physical fitness in my time working with Jason, he was able to accommodate to the difficult circumstances of Covid incredibly well and was able to provide a great service despite the limitations of lockdown. I often struggle with motivation in many things but I’ve never dreaded my sessions. I’m looking forward to hopefully continuing my training with him in the near future!

I did a session with Jason via a Skype call, thinking I might get away with cutting a few corners. I was wrong. Even via a dodgy internet connection in my garage, he spotted when my posture was incorrect and when I could squeeze another inch (or two) out of a dip, squat or press up. I'm particularly impressed by his detailed knowledge, which he is able to explain in way that is easy to understand for those of us who don't frequent a gym. He wrote up detailed notes after the workout, summarising the lessons learned and areas for me to improve. Highly recommended.

I started doing the classes over zoom during lockdown and I have thoroughly enjoyed them. There is a wide range of classes available each week and the exercises differ each week meaning the classes never get boring! Jason is really friendly and also really good at watching your form to make sure you are doing each exercise correctly. Would highly recommend ergo!

Jason from Ergo is a top notch personal trainer and you'll have to go very far to better his knowledge and his passion for personal training. He has a genuine care and interest for each client, not only to meet their aims but also to advise and consult in external areas of client's lives (nutrition etc.) I would not hesitate to recommend Ergo Fitness for any personal training needs.

Everything about Ergo fitness is professional. The trainers really care about you and always ensure correct technique is used. Accommodating and fun but they also work you hard which is good if you are a bit lazy like me!

I’ve been training at Ergo for the past 6 months and the results have been amazing. Jason is very friendly and he takes the time to explain which exercises work for me and gives me enough information to meet my fitness goals.
The studio is always very clean and tidy and the classes are really friendly and personal. Lovely group atmosphere

Jason is so thorough with his sessions. He makes sure he gets 100% out of you! I’ve lost 4 kgs in 3 weeks and needed his motivation to get me going. I would definitely recommend him to anyone flagging with their personal fitness goals or wanting to loose weight.

Jason has been going a breath of fresh air.
The training is enjoyable and has immediate effect, combined with his advice and focus on diet I have lost over a stone and become more toned and most importantly more flexible.
I look forward to every session and he even designed a program to take on holiday with us.

Jason is an excellent PT. He has a very positive, can-do attitude with such an encouraging approach. He is a great guy and trainer and I would highly recommend him to anyone... you might be sore but you wont be sorry!

I would recommend Jason as a trainer. He has a very personal way of instructing and is super easy to get on with. He pushes you to be better but also knows your limits so that you can work to improve. He'll spend time ensuring that the correct techniques are being used so that you're targeting the correct muscle group and not doing damage. Best personal trainer I've used.
