Walked in off the street in the morning with a talking shoe after going elsewhere closer to my office and being told that they would not help.
Went to Jon, asked me to take off my shoe and he explained he can do a repair that wont last very long but will get me through the day. Very happy. I had to force Jon to charge me! Great service and quick repair.

Booked in my business shoes that had just started to spilt at the edges. Was advised they would take three days to fix and the cost. They were ready at the time quoted and the price was as quoted also! For +$300 leather shoes I always am hesitant to get any pair fixed after having a bad experience with those shopping centre repair places so now I seek out the best. The quality was above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend and I know that if I have any more issues with any other pairs they will be my go-to.

Im so happy with my shoes, thank you so much!!! I had my satin & lace bridal shoes custom made overseas and wanted to dye them black so I could wear them again, as they are not only beautiful, but extremely comfortable. I searched everywhere for someone to dye them and this was the only place in Australia that said they could do it. Sam was so friendly and helpful, he told me to post them in as I couldn't get into the city (and I put in a reply post bag) and paid over the phone yesterday. I just got them back, which was so fast and they turned out better than I ever hoped! I would highly recommend

Jon's Shoe Repair has re-soled, repaired and Topy'd my shoes and my partner's shoes for a decade. Jon and his son have always performed excellent, efficient work. They also stock Collonil shoe cream, which i swear by.
Most recently they re-built the sole of my beloved Blake-stitched trench boots to an extremely high standard.

Zero customer service ability. Pretty rude and dismissive in general, acted like I was a nuisance in taking 1 min to describe my shoe problem and wondering if he can fix it. Showing him detailed pictures, he wasn't interested at all, refused to see them and told me to just bring them in - he didn't even want to hear what the problem was! Very poor experience and definitely wouldn't trust.
I would implore anyone to shop around if you care about good customer service... I can imagine how I'd be treated if the service didn't go so well? Yikes...
Oh and he also told me he had no interest in shoes

Wow! Amazing service and fantastic result. I am on holiday in Perth, and my strap on my purse broke. I brought it to Jon's, and he was able to make the repair in less than an hour. Looks brand-new, and the price was very fair. I recommend Jon's Shoe Repair to anyone needing shoe or leather-product repair. VERY satisfied!

Jon's Shoe Repair did an excellent job on my stiletto heels. Not only did they replace the heel tips but they noticed I'd busted the pointed toes too and re-soled the toes. While not the cheapest place I've been to, their quality is the best and the turn-around time (48 hours) was great. Will be back.

I cant understand the negative reviews on here! My experience was very positive, I dropped my shoes off at 4:30PM and they were ready by the same time the next day. I needed a heel repair and was so impressed with the result, my shoes were even polished inclusive of the price I paid. Highly recommended! I'm going back today to get a new hole punched in my belts.
