I popped into the Subiaco store to have a browse this morning. After having toe surgery, I was looking for some appropriate, comfortable sandals. The lady who served me was so kind, helpful and patient and went of her way to try and find me something. If only customer service was this fabulous everywhere. Even though I was not successful if finding anything this time, I certainly shall return as soon as I am able to.

It's so nice to walk into a store and feel like the sales person is happy to see you. Great service is such a refreshing change from the usual retail zombies. A fabulous range of shoes from classic staples to unique heels, colourful sandals and quirky boots all at great prices. Three pairs later we left having had fun and and talking about returning.

Amazing customer service!!! I just ordered my shoes yesterday morning (25/11/2020) and I already received it today (26/11/2020)! I was so surprised how fast they processed and shipped my order! They also had a very great deals on shoes so I didn't hesitate to buy it right away. They also have various payment options. They also put the invoice in a black envelope that looks very professional. I will definitely buy again from their website and will refer them to my family and friends!
