For generations, Scarpers has been a household name in the women's footwear industry. What started originally in Italy, has since expanded internationally and now we are located in the beautiful suburb of Claremont in Perth, Western Australia. Owner, Steve Tymms, has a flare for women's footwear with over 40 years' experience in the retail industry.
