Master Tailor Dawei has over 40 years experience in the fashion and apparel industry, and is an expert in tailoring and pattern making. After moving to its current location in Chippendale, Veracity Tailor has provided an expert level of alterations service to the inner west, and general Sydney area.
Veracity Tailor's Sydney studio is specially outfitted with sewing, cutting, pressing equipment for garment production. Our facilities are fully equipped for apparels production runs. Veracity Tailor strives to provide the leading made-to-order custom corporate wear services for Australian companies.

Veracity Tailor did my now husband's suit alterations and did a perfect job. Super fast, super professional and actually there were things fixed up that we weren't sure that could be done, such as making the calf part wider as the suit pants were a little tight on hubby's calves.
We were willing to return and get a bigger size to be made smaller but instead magic was worked. Highly recommend. If we had found this store before buying the suit, we may have also bought the suit there. My dad's suit was altered here too. Very professional and consistent. Thank you!

I have a very unusual body type and no pants fit me off the rack. I will admit, I didn't even expect the tuxedo that I got made to measure here to fit. I was wrong. At the first fitting I had, the tux fitted perfectly. I find that the tux is the most comfortable suit that I own. It's a bargain too - only $480!

Having just moved into Chippendale I drove past Veracity Tailor and saw the sign advertising custom made suit for $480. So a couple days later I popped into to check it out. With in 5 mins I had given the go ahead and booked a first fitting. Everything from the first fitting to selecting material was seamless and easy. I was told that it would take 3 weeks. Exactly 3 weeks to the date I received and SMS saying to come in for the next fitting. The suit coat fitted perfectly and a slight adjustment was needed to the pants. This was all done promptly and I collect my new suit 2 days latter. The care

As a small person who needs almost everything taken in or hemmed, he's done many tricky alterations for me and they always turn out perfect - and in amazing time. I always receive compliments on the fit of clothes I've had altered here, and I refuse to go to anyone else!

I have been to visit Master Talior Dawei a few times now for alterations. I have been incredibly impressed by the level of detail and care he puts into every piece of fabric he touches. Every time I have visited for an alteration, I feel like a VIP and receive compliments of my suits when he is finished. I can't wait to have a custom suit made. 10/10 highly recommend Master Dawei for all of your tailoring needs.
