I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I've been a therapist in private practice for over 10 years and I'm a Clinical Member of both the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and the Association of Soul Centred Psychotherapists (ASCP). My main intention as a therapist is to offer you a comfortable environment for the therapeutic process to unfold at its own pace.

Soul Centred Psychotherapy is a therapeutic and transformative journey which unfolds in a safe, supportive space. It was developed in Australia in the 1980s by Dr Kaalii Cargill and Andrew Cargill of the Kairos Centre, Melbourne and is based on the understanding that exploring the psyche in its totality enables consciousness to emerge and evolve.
Emotional Freedom Technique evolved from Thought Field Therapy, which was created by US clinical psychologist Roger Callahan. Callahan discovered that stimulating acupressure, or energy, points led to psychological relief for an anxious client, and through experimentation was able to discover a series of useful points.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing works with simple right-to-left eye movements accompanied by relaxing music that alternates from one ear to the other. The stimulation from the eye movements, accompanied by music, helps to activate both the right and left hemispheres of the brain.
Working together, the two hemispheric regions of the brain help the neuropsychological system to accelerate healing and to liberate negative patterns and blockages.In a step-by-step sequence, difficult images are processed in the mind-body system, thus allowing a balanced state to develop.
