There is not a low enough rating I can give Clare for her 'customer service'. We went to one of her open homes and she had no qualms in dressing down an elderly woman at the front door. After the elderly woman reluctantly entered the home Clare continued to trash talk the woman. This made many of the other potential buys disgusted in her 'sales etiquette'.

Jacob knows the area in which I sold my property extremely well & has a very strong network. My property did not need to go to market because of Jacob's connections. I got a price which I was very happy with and Jacob acted professionally at all times. There was no pressure to sell, Jacob just let me know he was available if I needed. He turned up on time each time we had a meeting and always kept me informed in regard to the progress of the sale

Kelly goes above and beyond. Not only for her seller but for the buyer. Kelly supported us through the whole buying process. Our decision to have Palace Property sell our property was based on three main issues: 1. They are Local – they live Local, their business is Local and they employ Local people 2. A couple of years ago, our neighbour had Palace Property sell their home.
