As a first time interstate investor, we were unsure how we would manage it ourselves amidst the COVID lockdown. Guru property services provided me a great service. I bought an investment property and I asked Guru Property’s to find the right Tennent even before I did the settlement. I tried to lease a property from Guru property but couldn't get any response from Lakshmy. I emailed and left several voicemails with no call back or any correspondence over a 2 week period. If you are the owner of 4 Daydream St Mountain Creek I was willing to pay $50 a week more than advertised and pay 6 months up front but unfortunately I wasn't called back and couldnt even organise an inspection via email. I have since rented a property around the corner that was inspected and fully approved within 3 days of going on realestate.com with a different property manager who actually cares about people

Lakshmy and Anand at Guruproperty in Springfield have been extremely helpful in guiding me to buy a property in the area. Anand's guidance on choice of property was very vital. Since I am not in Brisbane, he took the time to inspect properties on my behalf. The legal,building inspection and other vendors he had referred were very professional. Post the purchase of this property they are also managing the leasing of the property and even before I could think about a tenant one was arranged. One of the most pleasant experiences I have had.

Lakshmy is an amazing property manager who always deliver results quickly and efficiently. She is very polite and very responsible. She always finds suitable tenants within days or sometimes within hours. She quickly resolves any hiccups which arises along the way.
