Our Property Management software allows not only our clients but also our tenants to access an online portal to sight statements and other details at the ideal time of their choice. In some instances we will use trades personally known to the business including CDR Carpentry among others known to us, these trades are also required to be competitive in pricing and hold all relative insurances, licences and qualifications.
Check Property have managed our rental property for the last 4 years and have done a great job looking after our needs. They've always found us good tenants and organised reasonably priced trades people when repairs were required. I have just moved out of a rental with Check Properly Real Estate..I rented the same property for 4 years. I want to Thank Ang, Natasha and the team for always acting promptly on any communication I had with them, in a professional, courteous , friendly manner..No job was too small. . My house inspections I for once didn't feel like my life was invaded. They let me know if something wasn't quite up too scratch in a way that they offered suggestions, options to get the best outcome . I will recommend Check property to any of my friends or family.

Natasha has been looking after my property for over 5 months now and I have to say she has surprised me all the way. While the property was being built, she went there every week to follow up on the progress and to take pictures to send to me as I am living interstate for now. She has also found good tenants in a very short time. I would not hesitate to recommend Natasha to anyone. I have used larger and better known property managers before, but they have never deliver to the extent of Check Property Real Estate. Keep up the awesome work.

As a tenant I can honestly say Natasha and her staff are nothing short of professional and polite. They listen to concerns and address them promptly, emails are read and replied to within 24 hours maximum and house inspections are carried out regularly and with reasonable expectations. Natasha has been dealing with my new duplex investment property for many months and has kept me informed of the build progress on site through to completion. This has been great as I have not been able to do this myself.
