Had my I.C speaker replaced, well….
so they told me it was getting replaced
I have been back three times now in 4 months because it keeps going faulty
Another store tells me “the speaker can be heated up and can last for about a month which just so happens to be the time frame of my Speakers life span
I’ve had to travel so far these three trips
They never called me to say it’s not ready! My battery now dies so fast from them heating up my speaker now they deny any fault! I really don’t trust these guys! They’ve quoted me 2 different prices not even close I assume one was for the

This is the first time that I have ever used this company. I made several phone calls before I finally went there and on each call I was treated with courtesy and respect, despite a few repetitive questions. The answers were clear and uncomplicated. When I questioned them about prices they told me the situation of using genuine Samsung parts for my Note 9 and that is why the repairs were priced accordingly. When I pushed for a discount they did give me a reduction.
The quality of the repairs was first class and I would warmly recommend this company to others.
