Dr Tiwari has been our GP for many years now. We are happy with her services. She does not work on the weekends in the clinic. Today Saturday we urgently needed a new script called at 1:30 pm the receptionist said we are booked until 2:00 pm and we get there at 1:35 to see what can be done.
Much to our surprise the clinic is locked.
We are puzzled and wonder what is going on?

Absolutely disgusted at the treatment I recently received from DR Kabir. I went in for consultation with him and midway through the appointment he answered his mobile phone and proceeded to have an argument with someone on the other end. It made me feel uncomfortable being in the same room as him. He then hung up the call and without acknowledging me proceeded to make a further phone call and send a text. I just left the room. He is unprofessional and does not deserve to call himself a doctor. After I complained to the receptionist, he obtained my personal phone number and proceeded to call me

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and regardless of how busy they are will always try to fit you in with minimal waiting time. Doctors are very professional and there is a pathologist and nurse on site. With the large number of medical practices operating in the local area I would highly recommend this practice as your family doctor.

I found Dr Tiwari to be very caring and compassionate and very thorough , She always goes over and beyond if there is a way she can help you.. If I could rate this medical centre 0 stars, then I would. The owner Dr Kabir is a self centred grub who could not care less about anyone’s personal well-being other than his own. Along with this they do not have even the most basic equipment to perform standard tasks as you would expect from a medical centre. Unless you want to waste your time, be treated like a lesser person or want to be in a disgusting,horrible medical centre then I advise you to steer clear of ‘best care medical centre’.
