We stayed for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon travelling around Australia. Hosts were very accommodating, making arrangements for our slightly late arrival about 9.30pm. Loft style bungalow was spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. Lovely big comfy bed! The kitchen had every thing you needed!

Bayshore Bungalows offers 4 different accommodation options. Each Bungalow has been completely refurbished to provide a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, 40 LCD TVs with Austar and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway for two, a family affair, or a group holiday, there is a Bungalow suited to your needs.
Take the Byron Bay exit from the Pacific motorway and travel along Ewingsdale Road for 4 kilometres. Turn left into Bayshore Drive at the BP Ozigo service station. Travel along Bayshore Drive, past the IGA shopping centre and once you have crossed the railway line, Bayshore Bunglaows is on your right hand side.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet. The bungalows are very clean and comfortable, good size for a couple or small family. The pool area is really lovely and private and the beach is a 5 minute flat walk. The drive into town is around 5 minutes or walk along the beach around 4kms.. alternatively catch the solar train during the daytime. We could not get an uber or taxi after trying several times so took the train mostly. The solar train runs on the hour from 10am - 5pm and is an authentic experience.

Bayshore Bungalows are perfect if you want a a little relaxation and privacy. Penny at reception is very welcoming and helpful. Bayshore is close enough to the hustle and bustle but not too close. Located not… far from Ewingsdale and “The Farm” the property is set in tropical natural gardens. The bungalows are well appointed with full cooking facilities. Laundry is onsite and free to use. The property also has a pool, tennis court and free WiFi. It’s a short walk to Belongil beach and at low tide you can walk the beach to town. Solar train to town only a 100 metres away

Have recently spent 12 days in one of the beautiful two bedroom bungalows. It was just perfect, very cosy and catered for all my needs. Very close to the solar train and a short walk to the nearby beach. Perfect location! Lovely and quiet with incredibly welcoming staff. I highly recommend it to anyone that are after a getaway.

We loved our 3 night stay at Bayshore. The accomodation was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The area was quiet and secluded, away from the hustle and bustle of Byron but close enough to access… everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and Stone and Wood Brewery and the solar train. Gardens were lush and well maintained. Thanks for a fantastic long weekend getaway.

We stayed at Bayshore Bungalows for 12 nights and cannot think of a better place to be for a Byron holiday. Our bungalow was roomy, quiet and comfortable, with every convenience one could want. The location is perfect - out of the bustle of downtown Byron, but just 10 minutes away on the Solar Train. Not only that, Penny is a legend - so friendly and responsive to all reasonable queries and requests. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Such a beautiful peaceful place to stay. We love the north end of Byron & were very happy to find a reasonably priced lovely loft apartment to stay in only 800 metre easy walk to that gorgeous beach! Warm… friendly accommodating staff made our experience so much better. A great ambiance surrounded by nature & wildlife would highly recommend you give this accommodation a go.

Bayshore Bungalows is Paradise in Byron. The staff were always so helpful and friendly, rooms were so clean and had everything you needed from pots & pans to cutlery, salt/pepper and oil for cooking. I can't… remember the last time I went away to a "self contained" property where I didn't miss something we needed but Bayshore Bungalows had everything and things we didn't expect. The property is 3 mins walk from the Solar Train which heads into centre of Byron ever hour from 10am and last train being 545pm which was great, we didn't pay for parking at all which is almost unheard of here

I recently stayed at Bayshore Bungalows and had an amazing stay. Penny at reception was so helpful and went above and beyond. The property felt like an oasis and the bungalows were spacious, clean and the interior was beautiful. With a full kitchen, lounge and 2 bedrooms there was everything we needed. Also easy to get to the beach and close to everything you need.

I was in Byron for work quite a lot, and stayed at Penny's Bayshore Bungalows for 4-5 weekends. All the bungalows are very nice, and well kept and Penny is absolutely lovely! I was almost sad when I found a permanent apartment to stay in Byron, as it meant I wasn't going to see Penny anymore! It's super close to both the Industrial Estate, as well as the beach which was perfect for me!

Lovely host! Was super helpful letting us know the best places in town! Was an amazing place to stay if you want a quiet resort like place! Had a dip in the pool (it’s winter) but was still refreshing and played a few games of tennis on the lush tennis court. Tv also also has Foxtel for those who want to curl up and watch a movie at the end of the night. Gardens are well kept and rooms are very clean and well equipped with things to us. Will recommend to anyone! Hope to come back during summer!!
