Put an offer on a property went to do an building inspection found the stumps had started to disintegrate so I reviewed my offer to compensate the extra expense, The agent then said he would get back to me the next day but never did after multiple calls trying to follow up I finally got in contact for him just to say "an they aren't interested in an offer like that" a response would have been great would not sell using this agent
