Did you know you can change your Property Manager without upsetting your tenants and during a fixed term lease? There is no cost and no hassle. Our qualified and experienced Property Managers will organise for the tenant to be notified, a property inspection completed and all the documentation and keys to be collected from your previous agent.

Very happy with my purchase and as a first home buyer Simon really made me feel comfortable with any questions I had and going out of his way to organize any final inspections of the property when requested, even sending us detailed video walkthrough inspection of the house during lockdowns, which really helped us out a lot. We live in WA and have used First National to manage the rental of our Traralgon home. When the decision was made to sell we contacted the office and Simon called and introduced himself. Being on the other side of the country and with travel restrictions in place, everything was going to be done on trust and integrity. Simon came across over the phone as a very knowledgeable agent who was fully aware of the saleability of our Traralgon home and we could trust him and we weren’t wrong. He was great to engage with, nothing was ever an issue and his feedback was always constructive.
Our house sold very quickly and well above our expectations. I have no doubt, this would not have happened with out Simon doing the hard work.

Laurie was very easy to deal with and helped us with any queries we had regarding the property. As we could not inspect due to COVID restrictions Laurie took the time to go to the property and video for us so we could see what it looked like.
Laurie was diligent in his approach and very pleasant to deal with during the Sale, and communicated well with us, and responded to any query in a timely manner.
