(Prospective buyer) Tried to organise a house inspection of one of his latest listings. He was down right hostile. He was rude and obstructive towards me when I asked if he could organise an inspection at various times over the week. He kept blaming the latest tenant laws for why he would not help organise a time. How can he sell a house when he refuses to even set up inspections?

Would like to give less than 1 rating if it could be possible. Worst customer service, infact no customer service at all by Mathew. It might be a good estate agency for tenants only, as they do alot of favour to tenants. do not want tenants to pay even the market rent which is going on into the area.
From the purchaser and landlord point of view, i would recommend people to stay away from them. Especially Mathew has no courtesy at all. He even does not bother to shake hands.
I have never come across any estate agent like Mathew. Worst experience. Have been very uncomfortable throughout the process
