We had a great experience from the beginning. We had several agents through prior to signing. The experience from the outset was very personable, the price noted was 10% higher than other agents (and we achieved close to this price)

We cannot fault the service and advice we received from Clinton. We asked him to come and inspect our investment property while we were still in the process of cleaning and preparing for sale. Clinton was able to advise us on what were the most important aspects in terms of presentation, to get “the most bang for our buck”. The fact we accepted an offer on day 7 of being on the market, shows that he definitely knew what he was talking about. Would certainly use again.
