Our exciting new location is at Zookeepers Store near the famous Cable Beach in WA. It took us just on one month to relocate the 4000kms and we are very much loving life in this picturesque town on Roebuck Bay. Interestingly we brought not just our equipment from Sydney but also our management, kitchen and floor team as well.

Now our doors are open and we are trying to bring the premium casual dining to Broome that we were well known for in Sydney. Lastly, if you drop in please say hi to some of the local young talent we have recruited both in the kitchen and on the floor as we set about training the next generation of hospitality stars.

Our History Report

Historically, Sydney Cove is one of Australia's most significant landmarks. This date was later to become our national holiday, known today as Australia Day. Coincidentally, on this exact day 200 years later, the Sydney Cove Oyster Bar began trading. The Federation building, which houses the Sydney Cove Oyster Bar, itself dates back to 1908.

Our award winning wine list has been hand-picked by sommelier Barney Fallows and is designed to perfectly complement our food menu and covers the worlds best wine regions. Additionally our talented bar team has crafted and designed a number of seasonally changed in-house cocktails for your enjoyment.

Went here our first night in Broome and the cocktails, food, wine and service was incredible. We loved it so much we went back for their NYE 4 course menu and had an equally amazing experience. It was by far the best restaurant we went to and can’t wait to come back.

Terrible experience. Had a booking for 9 ppl and was told will be an extra 10% surcharge for having more than 8 people at the table. The waitress was pushy for us to order desserts when we said no for the… table, she insisted on asking each individual person, and the answer was still no. We were charged $24 for 3 bottles of still water, which tasted like tap water, we assumed these We’re complimentary as the waitress kept bringing them out, my sons meal School Prawns was terrible, the prawns were so small. Before we had even finished our Meals the staff were getting ready to sit down

Scorched scallops were AMAZING! Seriously one of the best scallop dishes I have had.
Cocktails were nice, if a little overpriced. Was not expecting the $8 charge for water, bit cheeky.
Overall would definitely recommend, and will return if I'm back in Broome again.

Excellent service and amazing food these guys rocked !!! Had the oysters, then the mussels share feed and a few cocktails 🍹 and champagne 🍾
Great spot to get an amazing feed.

Beautiful place to eat..attentive staff, food came out not long after sitting down with our drinks. Seafood coconut curry was to die for. It was a treat to watch the camels walking past and heading home.This restaurant is a must while in Broome.

Cant share the same love as some reviews .
Got to b honest thou.
For a seafood restaurant it butchers seafood.
Scallops with wisabi, barramundi and olive tapenade. Crab spaghetti might have well have been arribiata, totally over powered by garlic and chilli. Service good. Over priced imho. Underwhelmed soz.

Wow! Just wow what an experience! One of the best meals I've had in ages Broomes oyster bar was beautiful. Great little spot beautiful restaurant amazing food! If I go back to Broome I'll be booking well in advance worth every dollar we spent there. Highly recommended. Amazing food, fantastic service, friendly staff and what a vibe.

Chilli mussels is yummy. Oysters are fresh.
Fish taco is delicious.
Surprisely I love the dessert the most.
The combination with tiramisu with panna cotta, I highly recommended to order the dessert even if you are full. 🤣

A treat in Broome! We went for lunch for a special occasion and we were not disappointed. Cocktails, seafood divine, excellent service. Green view. Credit card and our bellies groaned // loved every minute!

Atmosphere perfect.
Mood perfect.
Views perfect.
Outside but not cold at all.
One of best Sydney oysters and a bowl of olives.
White wine at $54 but worth sipping there with great Darling Harbour views.
All menu priced costly but not too costly. They should pay rent too.
Highly recommended!!!

Amazing location with mediocre food and staff
The location is fantastic, right by the harbour and romantic ambience from sunset to night. Noise level is quiet, so it's a good place if you are looking for somewhere less rowdy.
I must say the Shellfish platter is overpriced not worth the buy imho. Food is okay, not bad but not good either.
You would definitely come here for the views and the atmosphere only.
