Order over $55, receive any dish to the value of $10 (Or pay the difference, excluding seafood dishes). We offer a wide variety of menu items for dinner, all available for in-house dining or Chinese food home delivery.

This place has changed and the photo is incorrect. Change of ownership but food similar to the previous one. Quite good.

We have been getting beautiful food from there since before the lockdown but I ordered last night and it wasn't very nice, sate king prawns were so chewy, the rice seemed more like cus cus, the black pepper steak was chewy. Very disappointed.

Food is beautiful. Nice and fresh and very tasty. Been a customer here for well over 15 years. Bit pricey but ya get what ya pay for. Doesn't take long to deliver either. Chicken and cashew nuts and Sate Chicken dishes are very tasty. Will be back.

Was my favourite Chinese restaurant in the Penrith area but they have changed their meals that are supposed to include "vegetables" (eg. Mongolian lamb) and over half of the dish is only onion! There is no other vegetables in the dish. This is the same amongst other dishes we have been regularly ordering. Unfortunately no longer ordering from this restaurant!

I was really surprised. Typically Happy Inn has the reputation and Express Dragon’s rather odd location made them a choice on a whim. So glad I did- the food was outstanding. The ingredients in the fried rice were fresh and of a high quality, their boneless lemon chicken in particular was outstanding. Batter was not too thick or greasy which is my biggest usual complaint.
Definitely now number one for me!
