Offering authentic Chinese & Thai cuisine. The highly experienced chefs take pride in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and freshness. Open for dinner 7 nights and for lunch Monday to Friday 11.30am - 2.30pm the Hot Wok offers dine in, take away or room service. It also has an extensive bar area for social drinks or before and after your dining experience.

The room is clean, close to The Bluewater Lagoon, the Chinese restaurant downstairs tastes good, Motel is in Mackay's CBD, everything is very convenient.

The welcome as soon as entering reception was awesome. Myself and my 13 yr old son booked a room for 3 nights and were very well taken care of.
Very clean comfortable rooms and close to everything. We are from the Gold Coast and would book this place again 100% .

Great location, we had the king room as we were travelling and had some extra gear to store and it was really spacious. Parking was easy, we used the laundry facilities as well, no issues at all. Most of all the staff were brilliant! Hubby and wife running the hotel were so accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend! Thank you!!

Not great tbh, very dirty, awful smell and just felt grubby or musty.
Not sure if they are new cleaners but they dont seem to have much experience. They do the bins and put clean towels in but nothing else like disinfecting or wiping the sinks, toilets, floors or sides down all week. The bin and floor had stains on but never cleaned them up so not the best place ive stayed.

For a 3 star motel it is very good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and generous too.

This has been a great stay! Sally n Al were very helpful n pleasant to deal with. Our room was very clean, roomy n well appointed for meals. Would definitively stay here again n would recommend it to others!

Second time staying here. We rang with short notice and they were amazing. Willing to work with us for a late arrival, provided an extremely clean and comfortable room with all you need for a short one night stay. Sal and Al were amazing hosts, very friendly, cooked us a beautiful continental breakfast. Highly recommend this motel for your overnights stay in MacKay

Very nice Motel. stay here again. clean and quiet. Pool and bbq area is amazing. very helpful people who run it. close to places we needed to go to. comfortable bed. will be back to enjoy a weekend here
