Had lunch at their cafe. The sandwiches were amazing. Beautiful fresh crusty bread with delicious big slices of local ham. Highly recommend a visit.

Got abused by the lady and told to leave as i had a 14 ft boat i was towing and no where to park it even though on the website it states extra parking available around the back she was the most unprofessional person i have ever met then she proceeded to charge my credit card and i never even stayed there people be very weary of dealing with this place

Way expensive for dirty room. Microwave was a disgrace. Just a sheet to sleep under and the worst chairs ever to sit on. Not even a PowerPoint beside bed for my mum's cpap machine! Only good thing was the bathroom.

Rooms are quiet, spacious and very clean. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff were very friendly. We rang ahead while on the road and the cancellation policy was clearly explained. Will definitely stay again.

Terrible Experience - I booked a room at 5.15pm however plans changed and I had to go back to Mackay, I advised them and they still charged me a nights accommodation due to the 24Hr cancelation policy! I can understand if I'd booked days in advance but 2 Hrs! There's plenty of other places to stay in Sarina!

Disgusting. The room stank and the reception lady was rude. Air conditioner full of dust and mould. I couldn't stay the night due to the smell. They offered me another room but the air con was just as bad. Was told I would not get a refund because I had used the shower. Tv didn't work properly.
