I never leave reviews for anything but this is an exception. After years of avoiding going to the dentist, a constant toothache gave me no choice. This practice recommended and after reading many reviews, decided to see Valda. I am so happy I did. She dealt with my problem efficiently and professionally and calmed any anxieties that I had. Thank you Valda for making my trip to the dentist a much better experience. I highly recommend seeing Valda. I know I will be taking my kids there for sure.

Doctor Laura is the absolute best. She’s genuine, friendly, and outlines clearly what the procedure is. The reception staff are also friendly and helpful and booked me into a last minute appointment yesterday without hesitation. I’ve moved away from the area but still travel back to Pimpama for this level of service.

Do NOT get mouth guards here! Definitely a disappointment and a total RIP OFF for a basic non personalized mouth guard that costs almost $200!!!
I was quoted approximately $150 via message from the dental clinic for a custom made mouth guard. I’ve got LESS done on it as it’s a small size, only 2 layers, basic colour (not personalized) for $190 ! The price was not disclosed to me at the time of discussion with dentist, only when I was out to pay at counter. If I knew I would not go through with it. Dentist was not even there to see if it fits upon collection, was just given over the counter

Unreliable customers 😞
If you are a first time client you can book online without any hassles however if you return for an appointment over 1 hour you will be required to pay $100 to secure your appointment. The receptionist advised this is because customers are "unreliable" and "do not show up to appointments".
The actual dentists however are friendly and fantastic. These 3 stars are for them.

There reasons to not see my child appalling also acused me of 4 no shows everytime I had an appointment booked one of my kids had fallen sick I had phoned the clinic and spoke to a lady everytime there was ONLY 1 time I had forgotten and I didn't communicate with them and that was recently due to personal reasons! now im being told I need to pay… a$50 deposit before being seen (my son needs an emergency appointment) and no more bulk billed! before this incident I could never fault this place at all so I do apologise for my review but feel this could of been handled better.

Today I went to pimpama city dental centre, it was my first time, I have leukemia so I have to be careful, dr Valda was so understanding I could not have been any more happier as the whole team was owsome, I now have a new dentist and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a dentist, to me they have 5 stars, the procedure for me was a tooth extraction. I've had bad experiences before so happy, plus the pricing is great as well.

As a new patient at this practice I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism, friendliness and customer service.
I was seen to very promptly and the work performed good.
Also as a parent knowing how difficult it is to get kids over their anxiety etc, i would recommend this practice due to the manner they operate.
