We were fortunate to have Rimu Hill as a property manager in our East Fremantle rental. After a few not so great experiences it was a breath of fresh air to have a friendly and attentive manager. Rimu conducted everything in a professional manner and was always friendly and reasonable. Would recommend Rimu if you were looking for a property manager.

Jackson Tuttleby and Steve Currie were amazing throughout the whole process. They patiently answerred our questions and guided us. We had an excellent outcome with 37 groups through first home open, 5 offers with a sale negotiated the next day.
The service hasn't ended with the sale as Jackson is always happy to be available for a chat and to provide ongoing assistance in helping us find a place to move to.

Excellent Real Estate agents located in Fremantle. Have experience with them from a leasing perspective (family who use them as property managers for their home) and also as tenants. In particular Nathan/Rimu who are both a delight to deal with, professional and responsive with repairs etc. Highly recommend Caporn Young, if you're looking to rent out your place or wanting to lease a home through them.
