Not one of your property manager sharing PERSONAL DETAILS of tenants on a Facebook group, basically blacklisting them from any other agency! Shame on you, karma will look after you guys, no amount of fake 5 star review will make up for your unprofessional ways, wake up and get rid of Alecia before she damages your business even further! Unbelievable that management see no issue with her sharing tenants personal details, shows the morals of this company eh!

Have had my fair share of run-ins with unprofessional and terrible PMs, and judging by all the documented interactions between Shellabears and a tenant of theirs, this takes the cake.
Unprofessional, spiteful, hateful. PMs have a lot of power but it is clear their willingness to help a family out during this period and deliberately terminating a tenants lease for renewal all because it was in the “too hard” basket.
I will NOT be recommending any of my friends to use this agency in WA due to what I have witnessed. The rental crisis is shocking, but not as bad in comparison to this Company’s

Seems like they've deleted my review. But here it is again:
Don't do business with Shellabears. They have their own facebook group to shame and bully and laugh at their own tenants. I'm not one to post bad reviews however I am completely appalled at how this so called business has handled their matter with their own tenants.
Also kicking your tenants out during christmas time when all they've asked for is maintenance. Smoke alarms not working and rotting mould is a huge life hazard. That should have been attended to on the same day.
Be more professional and don't talk/laugh about your tenants

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value
Cannot rate Alecia highly enough as our agent. She’s professional, friendly, outgoing and managed to find us a rental is a very tough market. We understand it’s a tough gig sometimes but there’s been no issues so surprising to see negative reviews recently. Look forward to continuing to have her as our agent

We have been renting with Shellabears for the last year. Our Property Manager Alecia Dippenaar has been confrontational, unprofessional and has shown a consistent lack of good faith and care towards us as tenants. She has been disorganised, and shown a lack of knowledge of the tenancy act and its requirements. We attempted to seek assistance from the General Manager Daniel Cloghan, but were disappointed with his his indifference and unwillingness to step in.

We have had an absolutely horrific experience with Shellabears and our Property Manager, Alecia Dippenaar. We initially requested urgent and necessary repairs in July, and despite following up via email no less than 6 times over a period of 8 weeks (and Alecia's assurances that she was arranging for the repairs to be attended to) - no repairs took place. The Shellabears office then failed to have her return our calls as promised, and we were left with no choice but to serve a breach notice.
We were absolutely appalled when we received a termination notice in response, advising that our lease would

Absolutely disgusted to see how Alecia has treated her disabled clients when they made reasonable requests. Not only has she performed extremely poorly in her role as a property manager, but she continues to slander her clients via Facebook to other property managers. Her comments are unprofessional, ableist, and entirely inappropriate. Calls into question the values of this company when its staff behave like this. Moreover I would question other agents who went along with this behaviour. Does WA have any real estate agencies who act with integrity or respect? Disgusting.

We are tenants and initially thought our Property Manager Alecia Dippenaar seemed good, but were quickly proven wrong by her lack of professionalism, integrity and competence in basic functions of her job - such as familiarity with the initial property condition at time of lease commencement and familiarity/adherence with the requirements of tenancy act. However nothing could have prepared us for the appalling treatment we received when attempting to have urgent and necessary repairs attended to at the property. We were strung along for 8 weeks, until we stopped receiving responses to our emails
