Three weeks since we moved out and still no contact about final inspection or bond return. Multiple emails ignored.
During the tenancy they left us without heating and aircon for 7 months including during the stinking hot christmas last year. (DMIRS upheld our complaint). Ignored photos we sent about damp coming in to the property. Basically did very little and cared even less.

I am a property investor who has dealt with River and Sea Real Estate for over twenty years and with Kiera Hannaford, as Property Manager, for much of that time.
She is pleasant to deal with, a good communicator and gets things done when they needed to be done.
A recent incident meant that tenants had to vacate their apartments for safety reasons for two weeks. They were not required to pay rent for three weeks. This required a good deal of negotiation and was well handled by River and Sea
