ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I canceled my membership A MONTH in advanced and got a confirmation that this was being sorted out. It’s now been 3 MONTHS and I’m still getting charged weekly. I have followed up over email and they barely respond. When I give them a call they say and promise they will sort it out but weeks later I’m still getting charged and I am receiving NO RESPONSES. Horrible!!! I’ve given them so many chances to sort this out privately but it’s just getting ridiculous. I hope you finally see this and finally pay attention

So glad I found tooth booth Chermside & Dr Giselle. I have always been a nervous patient but Dr Giselle is AMAZING and I know have no fear getting dental work done, I recommend her to everyone. At my recent appt to get my wisdom teeth removed she was so kind and very gentle and genuinely cares about her patients comfort and well being after the surgery. The clinic is clean, well priced and all the staff are lovely, they go above and beyond! Thank you so much!

The best dentist I’ve ever had! I’ve moved around for work quite a bit and have never found a more comfortable, honest and reliable dental practice like this one! Dr Gisely - she’s one of a kind! I’ve had to have a lot of work done and each time had been amazing, she’s funny and very approachable which i think is vital because you want to be able to trust your dentist is doing what’s best for you and funny because it can be very daunting and scary going to a dentist but Dr Gisely makes me laugh and I just sit there and trust her work 100% ☺️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

My partner and I came in for a check up and clean. Would highly recommend seeing a dentist here! I was initially nervous about seeing a new dentist, however Dr Chloe Lee was fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable and completed a thorough examination. I was super impressed with the holistic approach she took, and the level of detail she provided! She really took the time to go through x-rays and provide recommendations. I am very happy and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Really great team here. I came in as a new patient with brutal tooth pain, they immediately got me in and took care of the issue. I'm super nervous at the dentist and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, that everything was explained to me and that I was ok. Did great work too, got a root canal and can honestly say I feel great!

I had my first consult today with Dr Ann and I must say I'm very impressed! She took time to talk to me about any concerns I had with my teeth and explained what she was doing throughout. She gave some really good advice regarding my treatment plan with options. The reception staff were very welcoming and most certainly know the meaning of good customer service well. They talked me through payment options and were not pushy at all. I have booked my course of treatments and will be taking my girls there too. I highly recommend this dental practice and thank them for their superior service.
