Eileen was my dental hygienist. I have experienced many over my 60 plus years. She was the best. Thorough, perfectionistic, gentle and friendly. I think she enjoyed the before and after as much as I did. Thank you.

We have been going to see Dr Simon Franks at Bite Dental for years and have always enjoyed our experience. The whole team is kind, caring and make sure you’re at ease and comfortable at all times. I would recommend this place to everyone without hesitation or reservation and look forward to continued exceptional dental care in the years to come!

Simon is the best dentist, he has a witty funny personality and always easy going. All the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All the years I have been going to dentists, I must say Bite Dental is the most enjoyable relaxed dental clinic I have ever seen. Highly recommend Simon and his team. I really enjoyed my dental visit yesterday (yes that is possible) and would particularly like to thank Elena and Simon and Nick and also a big thank you to the wonderful office staff.

As an Autistic person who doesn't like being touched, you can imagine how much I feared going to a new dentist. After my appointment today, I now understand why (at the time of writing this) Bite dental has a 5 star rating. I wear badges on my shirt that explain my condition and everyone I spoke to respected them. Even when I had a small meltdown halfway through, coming back from the x-ray place in the waiting room, their new receptionist quietly bought me some tissues and water and offered to help in anyway which was very comforting. Nick was awesome ! This was the definitely the most in depth consultation I’ve ever had for my teeth. I love that I left with a clear plan and that the lovely reception staff provided me with all the information I needed regarding pricing. I would highly recommend Bite Dental to anyone who is overdue for a visit to the dentist. I’m excited to work with him and the team to get oral health back on track.

From the initial consultation to the end result the team at Bite were amazing! Nick took so much time to hear my wants and thoroughly explain the process during consultation, I even got a photo to see what the after will look like. I went to 2 other dental practice for initial consultations but neither came close to the professionalism seem at… Bite. The staff on reception were so accommodating and went out of their way when it came to organising appointments around tricky schedules. Hidden gem in the CBD! I chipped a bit of a tooth off and was happily surprised to find a dental practice that was affordable, was able to schedule me in for the very next day and took their time to do an impeccable job! Julia is a perfectionist and was kind enough to give me a follow-up call to check that I was truly happy with the result. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic staff, very skilled, very friendly. All in all, they inspire confidence, which is something else. This is the first dental practice were I have been a regular since I was kid going to my parent's dentists (which was some time ago).

I have been visiting Simon and the team for over 5 years now and they are the best in town, and I have been to quite a few dentists over the years. Simon will explain everything he plans on doing and then get your agreement so there are no hidden surprises. I had a tooth removed yesterday afternoon and Simon called me personally this afternoon to see how I was doing. Bite Dental is the only place for me.
