Located on Adelaide St in Brisbane's CBD, we are a full-service dental practice incorporating the skills of our General Dentists, Specialist Prosthodontists, Dental Hygienists & our own on-site dental laboratory, Studio 12. Our dental team provide state-of-the-art dentistry in a caring & comfortable environment.
Dr Elliott graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of Dental Science degree with Honours from the University of Queensland Dental School. In mid 1984, he joined BOH Dental and worked in private practice for three years before moving to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the USA to complete a Masters Degree in Prosthodontics at Marquette University School of Dentistry.
At BOH we are committed to providing you with a broad range of dental services under one roof with our full-service facilities in Adelaide Street, Brisbane. We believe in patient-first dentistry, and help you to achieve the most appropriate and comfortable dental treatment options for your individual needs.
Our CBD location makes us easy to access and there is ample parking and public transport close by. King George Tower is the building next to the Commonwealth Bank in Adelaide Street. We are between the Brisbane City Clock Tower and the Queen Street Mall. There is wheelchair access to BOH and we are happy to organize a taxi to pick you up.

I was up from Victoria for Christmas and started having trouble with a tooth, so I looked around for a holistic dentist that could see me at short notice (although I wasn't holding my breath), and the lovely, helpful lady at reception managed to squeeze me in within the hour to see Dr David Tuffley. Right from the start, Mr Tuffley made sure he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and, despite my terrible directions, managed to diagnose the problem, which was something other than what I had directed him towards. I was so very impressed and grateful with just how gentle he and his assistant

An exceptional service, and professional.
I booked an appointment and the receptionist was helpful and welcoming. The information pack included a profile of the dentist I would be seeing.
However once committed to the treatment the estimate came through by email. Much more costly than expected and more work than I had discussed. Too expensive.
Had to go elsewhere who redid the xrays (as BOH xrays had missed some teeth and roots including one crown root that was central to the decision-making) and ended up finding a few more fillings needed. So I’d only have got half the job done at BOH.

By far the best Dentist practice I have been to, and unfortunately I have also been to some bad ones. I have been seeing Dr Mark Elliot now for a few years as he repairs poor work done by other dentists. He is very compassionate towards my situation and has spent a lot of time understanding what is best for me. Dr Elliot has also made special appointments for me on several occasions when I have had dental work failures. I could not rate BOH Dental any higher.

Dr Stuart Garroway at BOH Dental has been our family dentist for well over a decade, and always gives impeccable service, never tries to rip us off with unnecessary procedures, and does a nice line in friendly conversation too! We plan to keep going to him for all our future dental work, even though we now live two hours away on the Sunshine Coast. Five thumbs up.

I was rude to Dr Greer after he was unable to ethically approve a procedure that another dentist required his approval for in order to perform on me. I refused to shake his hand and told him to send me the invoice. After receiving the invoice, I am now even more ashamed of my actions as Dr Greer waived the entire hour long consultation.
During the consultation he was polite and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, even if it wasn't the result I wanted to hear. If you want to hear the truth and get an expert's opinion that hinges on the right result then Dr Greer is the one to book

Ian pulled out a wisdom tooth with him and his assistant doing a brilliant job. I felt nothing and no, to this moment, bleeding. I know dentistry has come a long way, but if you are nervous or worried, give the practice a go. Excellent service, great people on reception and a clean modern practice in one of Brisbane's oldest skyscrapers.

I wanted to share a great 1st experience with BOH Dental. From the online booking system, booking confirmation, the location, the office staff pre-populating a form for me to sign to release my records from my previous Dentist and Angela the Dentist's thorough explanation and education of my dental status, it was a thoroughly professional and authentic experience. I have only recently moved to Brisbane, so it is comforting to find a Dentist that I a can attain continuity with. Thank You BOH Dental.

I usually don´t write ratings but I have to do it here because I´m so impressed by the way this practice treated me. I had an emergency root canal treatment done. Normally, I´m very careful with dentists and I do not trust easily, especially not with such heavy-duty treatments. But it was an emergency. I moved to Brisbane just recently and didn´t know anybody, let alone a dentist. So, I relied on the google ratings and my gut feeling and chose BOH. It was the best decision ever. I am so glad I decided to book a visit with Dr Tuffley following the suggestions of other users, being a foreigner with an emergency to deal with and with no local contacts. Quick, professional, patient, new and nice looking studio. Nice plus: notes by the doctor and x-rays sent by email, so I can share them with my dentist when I'll be back home. Reasonable costs.

Prior to going to Dr Tuffley I used to suffer from severe anxiety whenever I visited a dentist. This stemmed back to bad childhood experiences and from not being genetic blessed with good teeth. I have had a life time of "drills and fillings" which always made visiting the dentist a harrowing experience. When we moved to Brisbane I dreaded the thought of going to yet another dentist but was recommended to see Dr Tuffley. Having recently moved to Brisbane, I did not have a dentist but when one of my teeth broke I had to find one really quickly! I found BOH online and was able to make an appointment quickly.
The reception staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. My dentist was also really nice and caring and she explained everything to me as she went along and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.
I'm VERY happy with my experience and would recommend BOH to absolutely anyone.
