I think what clinched the deal for me with Jackson Rowe was that my welcome pack provided environmentally friendly alternatives to care for the flat. It was a nice quirk. Another time, I received an email from Stephen answering a query about my rent... very personable... on a Sunday... It took me a while to realise he was the owner, not the accountant. Another nice quirk. It also came after some communication hiccups with my Property Manager/s, so I appreciated him 'taking charge' like that.
Since those hiccups were resolved (early in my tenancy, in 2018), I have consistently found Jackson Rowe

The property management had changed to Jackson Rowe when I was a tenant. Chantel was the property manager. She is a thorough professional and promptly addressed every issue however big or small. Also had a smooth exit when I left the tenancy. Very clear instructions were provided. Keep up the good work.

I have faced the worst customer service experience ever with your firm thus thought of providing a constructive feedback.
There is no point of contact provided for the any properties.
Every time we call new person picks up the phone. Very inefficient manner of communication.
Every other rentals services provider have POC for customers for any help . No one is ready to listen to the customer inputs to enhance user satisfaction. This will definitely hamper your customer ratings.

Although I've had no dealings with other agencies, I can find no fault with the service I've received from JR over the past 5 years. All issues are dealt with promptly, ethically and professionally by my property manager. Stephen's regular insights into property market issues are invariably informative.
