Oh how I wish I had read some of the reviews before I signed a lease with Green.
I’m line with the countless tenants that have had to resort to leaving a negative review following a terrible experience and then lack of response, I too have had the most surprising and disgusting experience using this business.
This business and the vile owners that they represent, harassed and threaten me with costly and entirely unreasonable repairs to replace a number that fell of the front door if I was not able “hand it over” as the email read word for word.
They also threatened me with repairs

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
A year ago I worked here and the culture is completely terrible. The staff are overworked and under payed. They were constantly telling us "It's okay to burn the client as long as we seal the deal". Who wants to work for or do business with a company like that.

Worst real estate agents ever! From day1 to end of lease inspection, we had nothing but bad experience witht thi agency. We had to break the lease after a month of stay just to save our sanity. In our two-month stay we dealt with 2 very rude and unprofessional PMs. The first one even uses her personal matter as an excuse for her inaction on the request. Took them a month to just request a quote from the handyman for repairs even though the owner has given a go signal right away. They wanted to charge us a direct debit dishonour fee without even investigating, we had sufficient balance and there

I am beyond thrilled with the above and beyond service we received while searching for a property to rent.
